What we can and cannot sort out
Kreditano compares offers; it does not grant loans and takes no part in any institution's decision. We can correct a figure in the comparator, explain how to read a CAT, or tell you why an offer you saw is not listed here. What we cannot do is approve, speed up or cancel a loan, look at your credit bureau file, or tell you the status of an application: that sits with the entity you signed with.
If your problem is with a financial institution — a charge you do not recognise, a duplicate fee, a clarification going nowhere — the short route is a complaint to CONDUSEF, Mexico's financial consumer authority. Filing is free and the institution is obliged to answer within a set period. Have your contract number, the dates and whatever you already claimed in writing at hand; the case moves much faster that way.

If your message is about outdated data in the comparator, tell us the institution and the product — that way we check it against the public rate sheet and fix it faster. To suggest a guide topic, tell us what question you were trying to answer when you did not find it.
We reply during business hours, usually the same business day. We never ask for personal or credit data by email; if a message requests them in Kreditano's name, ignore it — we do not do that.
