Important detail: on the 14th and 29th of each month some branches in CDMX and Monterrey close 30 minutes early to balance cash. Arriving at 15:30 those days is a coin toss.

BBVA ATMs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. Exceptions are technical:
- Scheduled maintenance — mostly between 2:00 and 4:00 in the early morning; rarely affects typical use.
- ATMs in enclosed locations — those inside shopping malls only operate when the mall is open. Façade (street) ATMs are always 24/7.
- Cash reload — on weekdays during business hours some ATMs go into brief maintenance to be refilled. If you find one «out of service», try the next one.
