1. Nature of the Service — comparison and redirection only
1.1. Kreditano is an independent comparison platform. The Service consists exclusively of presenting public information about credit products from third-party lenders and allowing the User to access, via links, the site of the relevant lender.
1.2. Kreditano's activity is limited to the mere introduction (putting in contact) of the User with lenders. Kreditano does not: (a) receive, complete, process or transmit credit applications; (b) collect or process applicant data; (c) enter into credit agreements or act on behalf of any lender; (d) carry out preparatory or pre-contractual administrative activities relating to credit agreements; (e) offer financial advice, personal recommendations or consultancy services of any kind.
1.3. The entire application process, the credit assessment and the conclusion of any credit agreement take place exclusively on the lender's site and under its sole responsibility. The final credit conditions are set solely by the lender.
1.4. Kreditano is not a bank, credit institution or lender. Kreditano may receive a commission from some lenders for redirecting Users to their sites. The default order of offers is based on the CAT; under commercial agreements, some lenders may occupy higher positions — the methodology is described on the «How we order the offers» page. The User can always sort the offers strictly by CAT.
1.5. All information presented in the Service comes from lenders' public materials, is strictly informative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable civil law.
Kreditano is an information and comparison platform for financial products. Its content is purely informational and indicative, and does not constitute a credit offer or a binding application. Final conditions (rates, fees, CAT and terms) are set by each financial entity.
We are not a lender or financial advisor
Kreditano is not a bank, a SOFOM or a lending entity, does not grant financing, and is not a party to any contract you enter into with a financial entity. We also do not provide personalized financial, legal or tax advice. The decision to contract is solely yours; we recommend reading the entity's contract and documents before accepting.
Affiliate disclosure
Kreditano may receive an affiliate commission when, through our links, you contract or apply for a product with a partner entity. This involves no additional cost to you and does not influence editorial assessments or the terms the entity offers you.
Accuracy of information
We strive to keep information current and accurate, but rates, fees, the CAT and product availability may change without notice. Always verify the current conditions directly with the financial entity before contracting. Kreditano does not guarantee approval of any application.
Limitation of liability
Kreditano is not responsible for the user's contracting decisions or for the acts or omissions of financial entities. Use of the site is at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The content, trademarks and elements of the site belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorization.
