How we make money
Kreditano earns an affiliate commission from its partners when you choose an offer through our links. This adds no cost to you and does not change the terms the financial entity offers. Our compensation does not determine the ranking or editorial assessment of products.
What we are not
We are not a bank, a SOFOM or a lending entity, and we do not grant loans. We are an information and comparison service; the financial product is always provided and contracted by the institution you choose.
Editorial Team Kreditano México
Our editorial team works full-time on the comparison, verification and updating of Mexican financial products. We combine experience in consumer credit, Mexican banking regulation and user experience, with specialisation in CAT, SOFOM, Buró de Crédito and the regulatory frameworks of CONDUSEF, CNBV and Banxico.
Every offer shown on the site is periodically reviewed against public information from financial entities, public comparison data from CONDUSEF and direct data from the lender. Our guides are written in Mexican Spanish with examples in Mexican pesos and references to local realities (Aguinaldo, Buen Fin, ISSSTE, Infonavit, IMSS).
How we verify information
Before publishing or updating a guide or offer, we follow a three-step process: (1) consult official Mexican sources (CONDUSEF, Banxico, CNBV, Buró de Crédito, SAT where relevant); (2) cross-check figures with each institution's current published rate sheet; (3) review the content with at least one additional editor before publication. Rates may change between reviews; we always state the last-update date on each article.
Experience and trust (E-E-A-T)
We produce our content with accuracy and transparency, citing official Mexican sources such as CONDUSEF, CNBV, the Bank of Mexico (Banxico) and Buró de Crédito. We review information periodically to keep it current.
Editorial policy
The editorial team is independent from the commercial team. Affiliate relationships with banks and SOFOMs do not determine the order in which offers appear, the recommendations in our guides, or editorial coverage. Default sort across the site is by ascending CAT (cheapest first), per CONDUSEF's recommendation to always compare by total cost.
